In a study lead by Jugal Sahoo from Rein Ulijn's group we showed that Raman spectroscopy can be used to follow enzyme induced changes on peptide surfaces, complementing our other approach that uses ToF-SIMS to study responsive peptide surfaces. The paper was published this month in Chemical Communications under the title 'Analysis of enzyme-responsive peptide surfaces by Raman spectroscopy'.
